Problem intake captures recurring barriers, failed processes, public-service friction, rural gaps, communication failures, inaccessible environments, or other system problems that may need direct correction, research, an open idea search, or a formal challenge.
Problem / evidence intake is currently closed. The form becomes active when the program has a named triage and response process.
